Senator Vogel to Collect Food for Rochester Salvation Army

State Senator Elder Vogel, Jr. announced that he will be collecting non-perishable food for the Salvation Army at his Rochester District Office. The deadline to donate the food items is June 30.

In addition to non-perishable foods, there is a special request for four particular items: canned chicken, instant potatoes, cereal, and Hamburger Helper dry mix.

“Our latest food drive was a resounding success; let’s build upon it. I hope many people join in helping to alleviate hunger in Beaver County,” Vogel said.

Similar to the previous food drive, everyone making a donation will be entered into a drawing to win a gift donated by Senator Vogel. Congratulations to last month’s winner, Georgia Robinson of Rochester. If you would like to participate, please drop off any non-perishable foods at the Senator’s offices at 488 Adams Street in Rochester.  Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.   For more information, please call 724-774-0444 or visit senatoreldervogel.com.
