Event set for Saturday June 27th at Community College of Beaver County

Senator Elder Vogel, Jr. would like to invite all area children and their families to attend his free Kids Extravaganza on Saturday, June 27th at Community College of Beaver County- Athletics & Events Center from 11 AM-2 PM.
Senator Vogel’s Kids Extravaganza is a fun and free way to gain valuable information on programs and benefits available to help your family. The Kids Extravaganza gathers representatives from state, county and local agencies in an entertaining and informative atmosphere. Free refreshments will also be provided.
Providing the main entertainment will be the Pittsburgh Zoo, along with an appearance by mascots Iceburgh of the Pittsburgh Penguins and Steely McBeam of the Pittsburgh Steelers. The event will also feature PENNDOT trucks, fire and police personnel, electronic caricatures, fingerprinting, face painting, games, crafts, snacks and more. Bruster’s and Edible Arrangements will be on hand providing free samples. Door prizes will be raffled throughout the day and two 20” Huffy bicycles, donated by Senator Vogel, will be raffled as a Grand Prize for one boy and one girl. This drawing will take place 1:30 pm and the winner must be present.
