Sen. Vogel, Rep. Marshall to Host Butler Office Open House

Sen. Elder Vogel (R-Beaver/Butler/Lawrence) and Rep. Jim Marshall (R-Beaver/Butler) will co-host a “meet and greet” open house at their new Zelienople “satellite” office on Tuesday, April 7, from 3-6 p.m.

The office is in the Butler County Tourism and Convention Bureau building, located at 310 E. Grandview Ave. in Zelienople. The event will provide an informal opportunity for constituents to meet their state legislators. Light refreshments will be served.

“I hope people will find time to stop in to see what services are available,” Vogel said. “This open house is for them. Of course, they can always call or visit the office on any Thursday if they need help with a state issue or are looking for information about programs or services.”

Visitors to the Zelienople satellite office can access the same services that are available at Vogel’s Rochester and New Castle district offices, or Marshall’s Chippewa Township district office. Local residents can receive state forms, maps and other information, and receive assistance with Property Tax/Rent Rebate applications, driver’s licenses, vehicle registrations, PACE and PACENET, and other state-related programs, agencies and departments.

Vogel operates the satellite office every Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and staff may be reached at 724-656-3284. Marshall offers satellite office hours on Tuesdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and staff may be reached at 724-452-1055
