As part of his effort to make state services more accessible to the people of the 47th Senatorial District, Senator Elder Vogel is moving his New Castle office.
Senator Vogel has closed his office at 301 Central Building at 101 South Mercer Street and plans to open a new office at 1905 W. State Street, New Castle, PA 16101 on January 2, 2014. The office will be next to the Get-Go station on State Street. The office phone number – (724) 654-1444 – and fax number – (724) 656-3182 – will remain the same.
Senator Vogel’s Rochester Office is staying at its current location of 488 Adams Street, Rochester, and constituents are encouraged to contact that office for service until his new office in New Castle opens.
“There were several factors that I considered when deciding to move my New Castle District Office,” said Senator Vogel. “First and foremost is accessibility. Most business can be conducted over the internet or through a phone call, but there are still times when people want or need to meet face-to-face with me or with a member of my staff. The State Street Office provides more adequate off-street parking and it is more accessible to my constituents in Lawrence County.”
