If you drive by the fountain at the eastern end of the State Capitol Complex over the next few weeks you may be surprised to see that the water is pink.
There’s no need to be concerned, though. The special coloring is intended to recognize October as Breast Cancer Awareness Month in Pennsylvania and is part of our efforts to promote public awareness and to combat this disease.
