Senator Vogel to host event on November 17th and 18th
Senator Elder Vogel Jr is teaming up with AARP for a two day Driver Safety Program to be held on November 17th and November 18th from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm, at the Rochester VFW located at 179 Virginia Avenue, Rochester PA 15074.
To recognize and thank veterans for their commitment to service, the AARP Driver Safety Program is proud to offer a FREE two day classroom course for ALL veterans and their spouses. The class is also FREE to ALL members of organizations such as the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, or the Vietnam Veterans of America. For all other seniors ages 55+, the course fee is $12.00 for AARP members and $14.00 for non-members, payable to AARP. You must present valid ID or a membership card, to waive the fee.
Class participants must attend both days to receive certificate for discount. 55+ drivers can expect a 5%-10% savings off of their car insurance, depending on their insurance companies.
