Senate Bill 251 (Yaw)— Amends Title 3 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes by repealing and replacing the Fertilizer Act.
Senate Bill 434 (Vogel/Schwank/J. Ward)—Amends Title 3 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to provide for updated sell by date and best by date labeling for fluid milk.
House Bill 101 (Gleim)—Creates the Agritourism Activity Protection Act by defining “agritourism activity” and providing for certain limited liability protection.
Amendment A00374 (Vogel)—Provides clarification.
House Bill 110 (Causer)—Amends the Hardwoods Development Council Act to update the composition of the Council.
