January 13, 2010 - Senator Vogel hosts the first Dairy Cow Showmanship Contest
at the Farm Show in Harrisburg. The contest was a way for legislators to
interact with their constituents. Senator Mike Waugh, York, was this year's

January 11, 2010 - Senator Vogel became a member of the Civil Air Patrol, the
United States Air Force Auxiliary. He was administered the CAP senior member
oath by Lt. Col. Robert Meinert, Executive Director of the PA Wing. On hand were
also: Major Gary Fleming, PA Wing Vice-Commander, West, Major Shelly Fleming,
Group 6 Commander and Captain James Longan, Squadron Commander. (Please
