- SB 634 (Yaw) – Amends Title 3 (Agriculture) to establish the Conservation Excellence Grant Program to provide additional financial and technical assistance to farmers to implement best management practices on their land.
- HB 370 (Klunk) – Amends the Agricultural Area Security Law to allow an owner of preserved land to voluntarily relinquish the right to construct an additional residential structure on the farm and to clarify that a subdivision for the purpose of a residence is permitted.
- HB 404 (Lawrence) – Amends Title 3 (Agriculture) to add Ailanthus altissima (commonly known as tree of heaven) to the Noxious Weed list.
