House Bill 2303 (Causer) – Summary – Repeals the Race Horse Industry Reform article in the Administrative Code, inserts it in the Agriculture Code and provides for PA Breeding Fund awards.
House Bill 1265 (Lawrence) – Summary – Amends the Milk Marketing Law to require information on state-mandated premiums to be disclosed with payments for milk.
A10520 (Vogel) – Authorizes the Pennsylvania Milk Marketing Board to determine the amount of over-order premium paid to cooperatives and producers.
